Refund Policy

At Kyon Distribution, we are committed to providing quality products for the well-being of your four-legged companion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund policy below.

  1. Returns and Refund Eligibility
    Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food or chewable products are not eligible for refunds.

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at kyondistribution@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (damaged product, shipping mistake, etc.).

  1. Refunds
    Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the original method of payment within 5 business days.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
